The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.
B.？本次招標不接受代理商投標。投標人應為本次投標所投產品的制造商。如投標人為制造商同一集團負責銷售投標所投產品的全資子公司、控股子公司（投標人應提供制造商或其上級公司證明上述事項的證明文件），則視投標人為制造商。不能再將此貨物同時授權給其他投標人參與投標，否則相關的所有投標將被拒絕。
B. Bid by Agent is not accepted.？The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the bidding？products.？If the bidder is a wholly-owned subsidiary or holding？subsidiary of the same group as the manufacturer responsible for sales of？the bidding products, the bidder shall provide relevant evidence documents from？the manufacturer or its superior company to prove the above matters, and in such case the bidder shall be deemed as the manufacturer. The bidding？goods cannot be authorized to other bidders to participate in this bidding at the same time, otherwise all related？bids will be rejected.
C.？投標人為事業單位的，應具有合法有效的事業單位法人證書，投標時需提供原件掃描件（原件被查）。投標人為分公司的，提供具有合法有效的營業執照和上級法人單位授權書（授權該分公司投標），認可該分公司和上級法人單位的資質、資格和業績，不認可同一上級法人單位的其它分公司的資質、資格和業績，投標時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）。分公司與上級法人單位只可一家參與投標，同時參與投標的，投標均無效。
C.？If the bidder is a public institution, it should have a valid and legal certificate of a public institution legal person. When bidding, a scanned copy of the original must be provided (if the original is verified). If the bidder is a branch company, it shall provide a valid business license and an authorization letter from the superior legal entity (authorizing the branch company to bid), recognizing the qualifications, credentials and performance of the branch company and the superior legal entity, but not the qualifications, credentials and performance of other branches of the same superior legal entity. When bidding, scanned copies of the original documents (originals for verification) shall be provided. Only one branch company and the superior legal entity can participate in the bidding.
